Anyone knows how to use Ring-1 Spoofer? is it permanent or temporary, cause i keep getting ban, even without a cheat, and i also have tried reinstalling windows after spoofing.

Ring-1 Spoofer is temporary. It requires Intel CPU and some other things to change in your BIOS and Windows defender. There's a whole tutorial on their site on how to use it.

Ring-1 isnt a permanent spoofer. For a perm spoofer use Edgey Spoofer.

The reported dose works perfectly if you can afford it. I haven't personally used temp sync, but it is likely to function as reported. As for its permanence, you will need to check if your motherboard supports it, along with requiring RAID 0.
