IW Interwebz very user unfriendly

The Admin and Mods are very user unfriendly. Since Monday I want to renew my account and there order page are not working.

I get always the error

Then I open a ticket and they reply that they contact the payment provider and I have to wait. The ticket status is closed. When I reply to this ticket and I want to pay with BTC manually I get no answer because the status of ticket are not changing to open and it’s still closed. Then I have see a report button in the ticket. Ok so I can report this error and they can help me to pay manually direct to there BTC address. After this step I get a warning lol

A user has a problem and instead to help they send a warning. Ok I open a ticket and wrote this


I have open a ticket and since yesterday I want to pay my subscription and then after not getting an answer I using the report button and now I get a warning. That’s very user unfriendly.
And the best is the admin he answering this.


Because you are annoying and impatient….

The report system is for very serious things.

We told you we contacted the person responsible for the crypto payments, and you will get an answer when we will.

I do not want to see another ticket or message from you, keep that in mind before you try anything else.
Is that user friendly?

A friend has the same problem and he get an answer like me and he has insult the admin and get a ban on the website.

An another has using IW and is Perm Banned and he contact the support and get banned from the website. Before he has open a thread in the forum and the forum thread is deleted.

Seems that the admin thinking he is the king. Before I buying the hack I have ask him for external hacks and give him some chest provider names like Mobius, PO, etc. He has making all providers bad and saying that IW was the best hack for Warzone 2.0

Stay away from this user unfriendly admin.

I did nothing wrong. I have asking that I want to renew and they reply to the ticket and marked as closed or resolve and when I am reply then the status oft the tickt is not changing to open and that's the reason why I get n o answer.

On all tickets is a report icon. Then I have click on report and wrote that the status isn't changing after my answer. Then he write this. Check the answer from the admin :rtfm:

For what they have a report icon on the ticket system when they are using it only for the forum...

I have asking them to pay manually via BTC because they have problems with the payment site. I see in the forum that a guy has the same issue on Sunday and I wrote on Monday to pay manually. My account is expired on Montay and I want to play. I have wrote respectfull and I suggested paying manually. That's all I did nothing wrong and the admin wrote as if I were a child. I am 47 years old...

Bro, if you are in fact an adult then use a different payment method. They gave you an answer. They said they are having issues with crypto payments. Use a credit or debit card or go through a reseller.

Thanks but sorry I will not use CC for cheats. BTC is okay for me. The next problem with IW is that this hack is not really secure. Many guys and friends are get SB and PM. I didin't trust IW. I will pay more and get an external hack again. I can all recommend to use an external cheat like Phantom Overlay or Kernaim when they will use the account for a long term.

Buddy you seem to have issues with every provider. U ever considered its an YOU issue ? Like every Post i see from you is complaining about something

I literally never had an issue with IW in game wise when it comes to SB or PM. Half the time its the user issue that has never legit cheated in their life

The way he contacted support was wrong, and then probably spammed them with messages and using report system for support which is very wrong, probably there is a language barrier too.

Myself had good experience with IW support when kept crashing on injection, they were lightning fast at answering my ticket and kept answering within minutes until they fixed it for me.
