how do i know if im shadow banned on mw2 it seems the matchmaking ping will only show up to 90 but sometimes i get that even before i was cheating?

Not sure about multiplayer mw2, but in warzone 2, If you shadow ban, the ping go up to 200 ms and never be able to find a matchQuote:

If you get 200ms you are shadow banned. Let the account inactive for 15 days and try again
