I'm in China, so the time I show here is from 9 p.m. to the early morning, but they are not. They should be in the morning or afternoon.

Sorry to hear this friend it looks like you are in the public discord for them and I had similar issues when I used them took about 2-3 days to finally get into the members discord. Auden should see this and be able to contact you in there so you can get it sorted out hope they reimburse your time till then thoughQuote:

We’re currently having a small maintenance to push some updates we have been working on, which is why you can’t connect to the server. We’ll be finished with the update soon, and we will of course compensate that time!
I’m not sure what you mean by the link you were provided was wrong, what link? They’re pre-made messages, so I’m not sure how they could be wrong.
We do have 24/7 support in our private community, but as I explained to you in our private conversation - I was assisting you at 4 in the morning, so I wasn’t able to assign your role in the private community in time. But, I did stay up assisting you, which I hope you do take into consideration when reflecting on our support.
You should have access to the private community now, though!
