Internal scripts? Internal scripting is completely useless and just idiotic as you would need to hook the game process for no reason whatsoever which just draws security concerns. External is far superior in regards to scripting in rust. Although internal cheating that involves ESP, aimbot, psilent, etc. can have big upsides compared to external.

Like dare said, Internal scripts would just be a waste of time. The most safest script would be a fully external script which doesn't read any memory from the game i.e weapon in hand etc and purely just does a mouse movement based on whichever setting you are on.
This way no reading memory so theres no security risk there and you would theoretically only have to worry about the game detecting patterns which is why there are some scripts which randomise the pattern of recoil.
