skill already in use

good morning I tried to change the cool time in skill editor getting 100% cd on each skill but between one skill and another that the skill is already in use

does anyone know how to fix?

Try Client Source -> CNetwork.cpp -> #define DEF_SKILL_SEND_DELAY and set it to 0
