Hi guys, what is the best way to learn a language?

Actually talking to native speakers. Preferably even living in that very country.
All those apps and tools that you'd normally use are only going to get you that far.

Learning the basic vocabulary, then maybe watching some series or videos with subtitles helped me a lot in learning new languages.

Of course if you have the basic knowledge and want to proceed, best way is to find a tandem partner to talk.
