Generally, lifetime cheats I have found are cash grabs, from my experience. Monthly cheats get more updates

I wouldn't suggest purchasing a lifetime option, since you never know when will the cheat provider close down sales and the cheat itself. Could happen after a few days, a week, a month. No one knows, and your money might possibly be wasted
Also, usually, users who sell lifetime aren't that reliable.

In addition to this think about it from a developers perspective, once the dev has sold xxx lifetimes his monthly income will decrease, this will affect the product in a negative way and eventually he'll be forced to shut the entire project down and most likely rebrand it.

The last customers who bought it will be left with nothing but a discontinued product.
Lifetime explicitly means "life of the product" and this can be 1 day or 5 years.
