Install gcph

Maybe somebody know how install gcph?
I downloaded this and icon is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Ok, Im downloaded gcph fromoriginal page via torrent, i unpacked this with winrar(my old problem) and i can't patch this :/ Show me information Patcher is initializing and this is sowing very long time. Somebody has idea how patch gcph?

and regarding your problem you should use a region blocker to be able to play and patch your GCPH since your not from philippines heres the link on how to use region blocker
