Hello , can i buy Things on Seafight with TL if i Only have 70€ on Paypal ?

nein, wenn du es mit deinem deutschen paypalkonto kaufst, wird es automatisch, trotz türkischer ip, auf deutsch umgestellt.

By my knowledge, a TR payment doesn't even have the option to pay with PayPal due Turkey not supporting PayPal :)

Kann ich was über umwege ? Oder muss ich irgendwie an ne TL karte kommen ?

Pay with Turkish Bigpoint epins (and VPN - important part!) , or let a turkish guy pay on the acc (and transfer him the money through bank for example). But it will probably be the easiest with the Bigpoint epins.
