Normaly no, the most high of title commander is r10 but not more if im not mistake and even it's true, it's hard to believe he sold at 450€ with the most rare title of the game.

r12 is max & due to the glitch days of pre that sword was possible in pre so both are attainable.

Anyway when we ask a proof he can't give a proof of his title r12 commander so clearly for me it smells like a 200% fake.
