Normaly no, the most high of title commander is r10 but not more if im not mistake and even it's true, it's hard to believe he sold at 450€ with the most rare title of the game.

r12 is max & due to the glitch days of pre that sword was possible in pre so both are attainable.

Are you positive on this that no one Ever got it in the history of guild wars? I've pretty much seen it all & I've learned to never doubt anything cause when you do BAM there it is.

Anyway when we ask a proof he can't give a proof of his title r12 commander so clearly for me it smells like a 200% fake.
