It's amazing what you can do when you work with a knowledgeable group of people who are trying to bring you a pserver based on Eternal Vengeance (iRohan) :rollsafe:

You can check for newest armor by changing itemdescription and decolevel on itemarmor.bin in data folder

I have been aware of that since Xor existed...

But you won't get the transcended effect without the right client and this video wasn't done by solely editing client files on iRohan ;)

Just change their leveling/grinding/quest system. Make it like something that's from the 2008 Rohan maybe? xD And please please balance classes/items. You know it already Ish. I know you'd play around with the available stats that can be put to the items to make everything more balance, utilizing things such as crit reduction, +magic heal, reflect damage, etc.

Well I'm taking a backseat role because of family commitments taking up most of my time. It's why I had to bin the idea of my own server eventually. Sometimes you just end up with other priorities in life :(

But yeah the idea is simply to use the pre-EV experience with EV content to maximise features, balance and player experience. We have the server initially up and running but it's currently unstable with lots of bugs to try and iron out and plenty of features still to get working. That sort of thing is beyond my knowledge but we've got a great team who made huge leaps in a short space of time.

If I get any worthwhile progress (including a server name :D ) then I'll keep everyone up to date but I don't want to push the boat out too soon and commit to any ETAs or even have a wild guess as to when it'll be playable.

No def not a copypasta of official for sure. They did a lot of dodgy stuff in EV that has to get fixed.

Biggest issues in regard to balance are:

1. Pure Attack. Absolutely no +_ Attack bonuses should exist. TL;DR- Psy Wiz, Agi Dhan, Dex Guard, etc. don't benefit, and it makes "2-hit" builds too powerful. +_ All Status is bad as well and it waters down build variety and makes PvP predictable.

2. Glad/Ranger/Mage License should ideally be replaced with % Stat scrolls. Same reason as 1.

3. Blunt Mastery is too strong and the formula should ideally be linear. The power of Reflect, Vanishment, and Int-based healing should be adjusted relative to Templars' damage output

4. Evasion is useless, Silence is OP @40s. Elemental resistance from Psy/Int should not block % of Elem damage- it should be a raw number.
