DarkOrbit - Offline version in Unity

Hi, I decided to create an offline version of DarkOrbit with a friend. It would be a game played by a few friends (about 20-30). I would eventually program the whole game myself, but I would use the graphics directly from BP. Is there a chance that I could be fined or prosecuted for using BP graphics? The game would not be earned and would only be offline on the Unity engine. Thanks

No you won't get fined..

Just say that you made it for educational purposes and never charge money for the game.

you can do it all you just need to modify everything and use an other name.

Pay attention, the plot of the game is similar to Darkorbit.
But the models / sound / pictures are different, so there can be no claims from Bigpoint.
