Monster spawn.

Hello.

So, I have this really weird issue with the monsters (after I have increased the spawn rate and basically reduced the time they take to spawn to 0 seconds, dwDelayTimeMax = 0 and dwDelayTimeMin = 0).

After I kill every monster in the spot, they simply don't respawn anymore.
To make them respawn I have to kill monsters from other spots and they respawn immediately. This or I have to wait a very long time and they will respawn...somewhere else....in huge packs.

A picture after every monster has been killed : (doesn't respawn anymore, instantly respawns somewhere else)

They respawn in huge chunks here. If I kill them, they will disappear from here and show up in the previous spot I've just mentioned above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading this.

i think once you reach the max object quantity the next kill triggers another spawn which is under a 'waiting' statement. it may be a sequence containing the to-be-spawned objects - IDK. for sure increasing the respawn ratio to 3 sec for ex, and setting 5-7 mobs / spot could solve this problem.

Thanks for the swift reply. It makes sense, actually. I'll test it and report back to you.

Yes, you were right. dwDelayTimeMin and dwDelayTimeMax were causing this error. (I set them to 2, respectively 3).

Before, they would either respawn in a couple of hours or not respawn at all. Now, all of them respawn in a minute or two.

That was the issue, I'll change the values to see if I can make them respawn faster.
