Do you want it like a local message or like a broad cast?

GC.LocalMessage(2005, "i'm a noob and i don't know how to do this");

or

GC.MyClient.LocalMessage(2011, "why do i fail so bad - omg i still don't know");

or

MyClient.LocalMessage(2005, "my server sucks");

I Want a Message on all

if your talking about the welcome message try to search this one, and edit that.

search for:

in your source you can see them red letters, thats mean that line line is editable. then you can make an edit.
