help! i can't run programs after closing GC

Restarting is the solution, Re-install GC Or format your computer may help.

but how can i fix the problem without restarting my pc?

you don't have to be in safe mode but
click on the start icon and in vista just search for system restore and read the direction.

Maybe your graphics card can't handle gc while closing.
to resolve this, my best possible tip is try updating your graphics driver card or maybe go window mode and close it.

first off what model is your computer, what year is it, how fast is your computers processing speed, how good is your computer at handling breaking points.......let me know XD and i can help you, for the most part.

helo format ur pc and make ur servicepack 1 or 3 trust me
