WTF are you talking about? Are you offering people how to create IIS Auth or are you asking how to do it?
If you are teaching how? Then do it. Don't simply post a screen short of your IIS manager.|
If asking you first need to train yourself how to write webapps on IIS and Visual Studio. Then you need to replicate what the php code is doing in C#. It is not hard if you have a little knowledge of the systems you intend to use.
Finally learn where to use :rtfm: smilies. Those smiles actually mean something specific that has nothing at all with your post/thread.
