There were events back then here. Also, there was a bug with that you were able to go there (it was a bit hard, needed 2 chars - 1 ranger for doing that). I remember that time when me and my friend were able to go there xD it is called "Triboots" area anyways. :) and nothing ever was there, this area was only for events.
