mesh uv problem

anyone knows why when i import a new object to the game the uvmap is fucked up like this?
i tired every thing
im using blender to view the object, converting it to .obj including the UVs then convert .obj to .bms using the BMS model converter, but when i add it to the game the UV is messed up like this

it kinda worked, some bits still deformed. do you have any idea how to fix it?

Make sure you have selected all vertex in edit mode

i get this error
even after i select all the vertex in edit mode and go back to object mode and apply the modifier, gives the same result in the game with that small deform
