[WOI - LC] Random Characters in server/Text Broken

Hello, after all, thanks for all the files, recommendations and all types of tips and guides I found here.

I have a very annoying problem with my server, I use this files [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
And Everything work as intended except for some text that's illegible, for example, all entrances to instances( I mean the text that let you teleport to the instance ) has random characters or "nothing", I fix this replacing one SLK file from other older server files, now I can play better, but for some reason, some other text still broken like this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

This at first didn't bother me much but I need to know why for example I cant fortify a pet or what boss spawn and where.

Someone knows where I can find these texts to replace them, or how to fix it?

Thanks for your answer! strangely the file is already all in English and legible to me when I open with OpenOffice. Maybe its a problem with the client? The same happens to the Quiz and the QA_databse.slk is in English and readable. :thinking:

I upload the server.s file, there is no text like this inside, only comments, that I think that are Chinese characters. And the text that should be in the game is completely legible.

The same happens with the QUIZ and I can read perfectly the questions and the answers in the File, but in-game shows texts like this "ÓÃÓ", "É", and more.

I really think 2 alternatives, one, the files inside my client has some Chinese or bad text, and the second is that some text in other files are in Chinese but not always I can "read" them, sometimes appears "??" or sometimes lots of text like this "±¾¶ËÀ´×Ô¹úÍ⣬½ö¹©Ñо¿£¬ÇëÎðÓÃÓÚ·Ç·¨Í¾¾¶£¬ÏÂÔغóÇ ë24СʱÄÚɾ³ý£¬Èç¹ûÎ¥·´Ïà¹Ø·¨ÂÉ£¬ºó¹ûÓÉʹÓÃÕ߳е£¡ £"

The problem is that I can't edit client files because idk where they are in the game files(or sometimes are packed)
