Adding lvl to lvl 200 in 5165

Can anyone guide me adding lvl in 5165 newest co server? i want to make lvl 200 hichest lvl. If this already release can anyone give me the link? and is there a release about enemy guild and ally guild in 5165 release?

Just add more onto that all the way up to 200 :)

Yeah you edit that but you gotta decrypt the encrypted epxneed.dat file in order to have it work ;)

yah i try that. many time, idk why but still cant see what's inside?

I Look and i tryed all .dat decrypter, and still not working.

small #bump.... -_,^. Just wondering if anyone has obtained such an expneed.dat Decryptor since DatCryptor and other decrytors I've come across only make it into illegible letters and symbols that maybe some weirdo can understand.
