You mean that anybody can play over the internet?

If yes, you haven't to "write the emu". You can do few things, use hamachi, zero tier, open ports on router with public ip or buy some vps's.

If no, I don't know what you mean.

If you want to say where the player selects 2d or 3d, it's in the player_accounts tab in the database, it should be your last tab:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

0 = 2D
1 = 3D
