Toaist Using Bow And Arrow?

I'm quite confused on this one. Theres a guy using a bow and arrow useable for only archers, and wearing a toaist coat useable for only toaists. Does anyone know how he is doing this?

Just means he's reborn, when rb lvl 70+ you can use anything under lvl 70 regardless of any requirments :D

No, it had the bow in red, not the gowns and other toaist stuff he was wearing.

You can't do that. You have to be an archer or anything reborn to wear a bow.
