Hello, I have some visual effects, some of them are disabled while other ones are used, both have different Action_Overlap, there is no link between them, both of them have different skill groups, group ids, any idea?

Example, these two cannot be used together

EDIT: Fixed by grouping Wings as example and adding to them the same Action_Overlap.
