There is no free vps hosting. They are all scams. There ARE very cheap options, though. I think [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] are the cheapest when it comes to EU.

linode is the best vps $60 dollar free credit and so good machines and you can install windows ;)

I believe 10 euro per month will be very cheap for 8 GB ram. I think most websites ask way more then that.
