hi can some one tell me where i can change rappelz client's font ??:D
12/25/2019 14:54 CiberGoD#2
file - localeinfo.ini

parameters:
FONT_01
FONT_02
FONT_03
FONT_DEFAULT

for example
FONT_01 = comic.ttf
FONT_02 = comic.ttf
FONT_03 = comic.ttf
FONT_DEFAULT = comic.ttf

the fonts themselves need to be placed in the game resources

All "FONT_*" replace with "comic.ttf"

Here are the fonts

Better show your localeinfo.ini file

CiberGoD is right,
BUT!
You need of course to change the part in ini-file of your launchargument-country.
For example [RAPPELZ_EN].

this is my localeinfo.ini

do i need to hash them (localinfo.ini + comic.ttf) first then put them in resource folder or not?

localinfo.ini I would think would need to be hashed like any other resource file

Not sure about the font files I have never changed the font but it wouldn't hurt to have both hashed.

As long as he does not start game with /notenc
resources always needs to be hashed.
ini-file as well as the fontfile.

i tryed every thing about that..
- i hash them and put in resource folder = not work
- i put them in resource folder without hash = not work
- i put both hashed and nothashed (4files) in the resource folder = not work

If you launch with ascii, then try with localeinfo(ascii).ini .
There's probably already a (ascii) version in client which results in not using your ini-file without suffix.

InkDevil gave the right advice, check that there are no outsiders "localeinfo.ini" (in all folders and subfolders "/Resource"). "localeinfo (. *). ini" are higher priority than "localeinfo.ini"

Files should be located in the Resource folder. Of course you need to encode the file names.

there is no other *.ini file in my client.
just localeinfo.ini

So again if you launch ascii in your .bat arguments then hash everything with (ascii) in the file name just before the extension.

LocaleInfo.ini becomes LocaleInfo(ascii).ini

Same with the font files (ascii).ttf

Then hash them

I changed font on Epicaria and it worked.
Had to adjust a few Textsizes, but in general it worked.

People who played on Epicaria can confirm that.
