when i uplxcute sql to navicat no code uploaded

i tried navicat 8 and 12
when i excute sql that contain't code to npc, itemtype and actions, tasks. only npc code is uploaded and rest no , i don't know why i reinstalled the windows and still the same problem.
any help please
