I have a problem with Sea of reasearchment Quest from Governor Semnute in Alexandria North (the one who give you EGY A Weapon)
The NPC will not give me quest.I collected all talismans but no quest to Semnute NPC
i checked database
refQuest/refquestreward/refquestrewarditems all is fine all services to that quest are active
Pls help me.Thank you!
