I am trying to run a conquer ps using Albetros sources but when I try to login I get server maintenance or network congested try again later error
while my friend can connect to my server

If I remember correctly that's happened to me before and all it took was a change in IP. Try with your DHCP Server / IPv4 Address / Actual Address / or 127.0.0.1 sorry this may sound sloppy but that's all the information I could currently tell you. Try changing one of those in your client if your friend is able to login. If you're self-hosting it then a localhost should do the trick.

Never use 127.0.0.1 as the IP to connect. It is disabled.

I've always used IPv4.
