Is there a way to unban perma'ed accounts?

Dear Riot,
Your game, League of Legends, has been an amazing game that has made people quit their actual jobs in order to dedicate themselves into playing professionally.
I, myself, have dedicated a large portion of my life into this game, it has given me both negative and positive experiencies. The game, from it's nature, is very intensive and
it requires heavy brain power in order to be played accordingly. I furthermore understand what the main purpose of the game is, of course it is, to win. All the games have this in common,
even from the earlier stages of humanity, earlier aspects of human games required their players to be able to shotcall. Shotcalling is a very hard and dedicated role, that not all of the players
can adopt; I have adopted such playstyle, because, in my poor judgement it is the way I can help both my teammates and myself rank up. This is a playstyle that requires extreme amounts of
brain power as one has to manage, not only his, but 4 other players, by managing, I mean in no way controlling what they are doing, instead, guiding them through micro-controls in order
to play accordingly and as a robust team. In an age where even childs of 5 "swear" for the most pointless things, a good example is when they can't reach something, they will either start shouting
or they will say "Nooo", these expressions are only ways to display the negative attitude that they have developed towards a certain status. League of Legends, as I said earlier is a competitive game,
it means that beyond the reach of Normal games, Ranked is another aspect that many players do take extremely seriously, having the game lived for such long time, most players have developed
the "shotcalling syndrom" as one would call it, where they would want their whole team to adjust to their playstyle, in order to lead them to win; when things do not turn out as planned,
the game starts "heating up" and there is a lot of swearing going on, that is only because of the pure will of winning, when I join a ranked game, my only goal is to win, and any action I perform
is targeted towards winning, flame is just a part of the proccess, in which players are trying to discuss how they are gonna play. As you have stated in Summoner's Code, no kind of insult towards
other human players is tolerated, I truly believe that is true. In all honesty, that can only work in theory. As human beings, we break the law every single day, more than once, should that be a reason
for the police to arrest us? I think not. A good example of breaking the law in the internet is the fact that most of us download music from the internet, although might that be a very easy task, it is
extremely illegal and if sued it can lead in up to 5 years of jail because of online piracy. Another good example is, nothing else than smoking in public places, 2 out of 3 people smoke nowadays, should
the police arrest them too? I don't think so either. You, as yourself break the law everyday, but no one has punished you, many players break the law in League but they are punished. I wouldn't say that this
is unfair, but, I would like to tone out that a permanent suspension because of swearing is, exactly the same as lifelong imprisonment because one has smoked publicly. The harm is the same.
After such detailed explanation of my thoughts about League of Legends, I am after all appealing for a justiceful ban I was issued. I would like my permanent suspension to be lifted. I have read that
permanent suspensions are not to be lifted, but, I can give you an example taken out of courts. Lifelong imprisonment can be lifted, if the accusant cooperates with both the judge and the one sueing them.
I am willing to cooperate with Riot Games' Summoner's Code in order to deliver optimal experience to both myself and the rest of my teammates, swearing is not the answer, but being suspended without
getting a hearing at the court of justice of Riot Games, which is my appeal, I humbly believe is not justiceful for a company of honest and justice as Riot Games.
