[World Editor] All objects are placed 6 times?

So I recently discovered that in the Madrigal map that I'm editing (using Atools world editor). EVERY SINGLE OBJECT in the whole madrigal world is placed 6 times inside eachother.

This has happens even to the objects I have never touched in the world. I don't know exactly what causes this but I am afraid this will give some major performance issues if there are 5x more objects than needed.

As a player you cannot see any of this in the world but in the editor if you were to select and press delete/or move the object. There would be a copy underneath it. Repeat that 6 times.

I don't know how this is caused, but I know it must be something that happend while I was edited. I kept an unedited backup of the world and the issue is not there. The difference of these world is only about 20 mb but I am still scared this might impact performance.

Any ideas on how to fix it or what to do (aside from starting over from scratch again).

Not sure how to fix it, happened to me before. I had to just start over unfortunatly. But I do know if you happen to Generate a Big map and then save this happen. Never ever save after you have used the Generate Big Map function.
