Question about Plus Rate

this is my elixirs alchemy plus rate, so my question is what is the perecent is it? wish means i want to increase it with 10% with AlchemyRate.exe but i can't do that till i know what is the percent of it first so i can plus it with the 10% then i put on the AlchemyRate.exe for example 5+10 then i put 15% and so on....

please don't forget to mantion how did u know the percent because i will need it later

its a important question to me so please try to answer it if you can

just let me show how to convert these values... it's really easy.
At first, visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then put your value

into the decimal field and convert. Now you will get this hex value:

Now you gonna convert each pair (19, 14, 0F, 0A) one by one back to decimal.
Here you are, these are your rates: 25% +1, 20% +2, 15% +3, 10% +4

If you want make it 50%, 40%, 30% and 20%, your rate for DB should look like this:
