I found , many bugs within his queries and decided to rework it and actually make it work.

it work For Cap 100 Fine

--Get Skillid and Lv skill From _RefSkill

Damn, this is the worst Permanent buffs procedure I have ever seen in my whole life.
Please quit using this way of coding..

if you have fire shield and you didnt wear shield your Char will get crash and crashing your Game server too

You can make all these buffs to be passive, you wouldn't need a sp to start with
