So some system which restricts retail clients from connecting to private servers? Lol. I mean it's not that psrrver clients run with client side mods anyways to bypass specific things to make them connect to private servers already. Wasted time they put into developing this

This has not been implemented yet.
Expecting it to be fully launched this week or by next week.

There's no exact details what they aim for this update except for the notable one; to stop/prevent p.server users / devs uses the client.

One thing is for sure, they are now eyeing on private servers.

Edit:
It is also unclear if VPN Users are safe since it changes your location and thus, changes the timezone.
Its also a clear threat to legit players that if the client finds you are not synced with the time, you can get banned.

This isn't the first thing they did which targets private server devs. It's just one thing they announced. They started implementing traps and other stuff which targeted private server devs around 1 year ago

I am able to do multi-boxing in SEA/MENA without VMWare.

Theoretically. Multi client limitation is a xigncode thing and has nothing to do with the BDO client

There is a config in Xigncode (server side) that limits multi-client.
However, BDO has built-in multi-client detection at Launcher Level.
Anyway, found another way to multi-client.
