I try to connect on my old account darkorbit, and write me

I have this too, i seen that people got their accounts unblocked by writing to the support on US forums, but sadly (and as expected) french support doesn't want to do shit for me because they are fucking useless.

I wrote to support and i got message from them: "Unfortunately, your account after migration is in status "hold", currently remove account from this status is impossible, We are waiting for script which one will fix these accounts. Please look at official news on our game forum, when there will be information that this script is launched. Then you will be able login to your account"

So yeah, i think we will get back our accounts in maybe... 2019

Can you not be so negative all the time and everywhere?

He's simply asking a question, if he doesn't get his answer here (but he did) then so be it. It's not your responsibility to bring people down anyways. Just let them be, it's not against the rules to ask.
