i wouldnt recommend any1 to use the noswing source, there are a planty of buggs which are hard to fixx, furthermore shells are coded completly wrong.

Develop your PoV about shell's implementation I would love to read your beginner's comment on how to implement something well. 🤣

A data driven algorithm is much more maintainable than 1500 lines of conditional statements.

i mean compared to the ON source, i know you coded the shell system, but nevertheless nobody of us wannabe "developers" will ever be able to code such a system.

Even if you are not able to code such a system (I god doubts since it's only some splitted methods and some data values), it does not mean that the implementation is done wrongly. ;)

Yes but this doesn’t have anything to do with how the shell system is developed. Effect is just not correctly handled

thats exactly what i said or not? At least thats what i meant i am sorry probably you just missunderstood me. I wasnt judging the system blowa made, i was just saying that it doesnt really work out in reality.

It doesn’t work because it use the bcard system I made and it was tricky on opennos because all player/Npc/pet/monster are handled differently. So instead of 80 method you need 320.
The system itself is mapping the effect to a card.

the point is still that it doesnt work as it should, i am sorry to make you feel offended but it is how it is.

So obviously you don't know what you are talking about.
Shell options generation and Shell options bonus applying are two completely different things, as Lucifer is trying to say since the beginning.

Shell options generation is done quite properly. (Data driven algorithm)

Shell options bonus are not totally implemented, no one ever claimed that he had every single effects of Nostale (because there are plenty) implemented.

i have never talked about the algorithm of the shell generation ... cant we just stop this discussion? I know that lucfier and you are better than i will ever be, so i will just accept what you are saying.
