How to get account back

Hey how i can get account back.

What info i got about account ?
1. UserID
2. Pilot sheet link
3. 2 payments on email
4. Username and account was on bigpoint portal (he removed connection)
5. screen shoot from map

Another question account is on de6 server i dont understand German language
how i can talk with support ?

Why didnt u use RaT and secondly if you dont got connections you wont get it back.

i could contact the support in german for you.
or you could try to contact their english support.

if you can get the account back, nr 1. and 3. is getting relevant. others are useless.

just be nice and polite when writing the mail(it helps aaaa loott) tell them you lost the credentials. (they wont help you if you got scammed etc. cuz its written in their ToS bla bla bla)

Would be nice if you contact in german with them i invited you on discord.

@OP Support will ask you for (full list, you might not need all of these info though):

• Your full name, which should match the one that might be registered on the account
• Your username
• User ID
• Your email
• Server
• Last connection to the account (by you)
• Account's first email
• Account's first username
• Account's creation date (approx.)
• Payment proofs and the email which you've received them on
• In case they were any SMS payments, the phone number you purchased with
• In case they were any credit card ayments, the name written on the card
• Description of the issue and how it happened

As well as :

• A scan/copy of your ID card / a valid identity proof
• A police report
• Payments proof copy

Btw. if you contact the german support they will ask you for an email from your email provider in which they tell bp that you got hacked.
Idk. how dumb the german support is, but they surely got 0 knowedgle about data security. So if you really want it back and really want to go to police for that you should better get in contact with the english support.
The german support is filled with a bunch of dumb monkeys.

You need to contact your server support.

and i got every Acc. back but its costly and i know Supporters :D

i want kick all admins and supporters they are useless they are robots without soul and brain

If you are on a German server, you need to contact the German support.
Just use Google Translate and translate English (or your own language) to German and they are forced to help you. If you get an reply back , simply translate it back to your language / English and voila ;)
