Getting back lost account using Support!

Hello guys, I have a very specific situation here.I got my League of Legends account banned.The banned account is the account of my brother who died last year.Brother gave me the account to use it, but in the meantime i deleted his email because of his death and by deleting the email I made myself unable to change account password.I have written to League of Legends Support to change email on which account is registered on and I was demanded some information which is impossible for person who did not make an account to know. I gave some information, but unfortunately, I could not remember all of them so Riot agent told me that he has to ban my account until I provide needed information (which is literally impossible since my brother made this account).I wanted to ask, what tools could I use to get information.For example, there is a question:"Which was the first 1350 IP champion you bought".I open League of Legends Scrapper and the the date of the first 1350 IP champion.That answers my question.How can I get other information I need?

I know that it is against League of Legends Terms of Use to use someone else's account, but my brother is not someone else for me.The account is one of the memories I have of him.

I guess it's really hard to get some of the information you want or need. I don't see any way... you can try to tell riot the true story, they are only human as well.

I know that riot often asks for informations like payment-method, if paypal the payment mail address, registration mail address, internet access provider, etc.

Tell them the real story with all the information you have about your brother.
Since your brother (R.I.P.) is not here anymore and it's not, not allowed to have multiple accounts, i don't see a problem with that.

I had similar situation and I was honest. It didn't help first, I didnt give up and after proving some information I got the account back:)

I read somewhere but I am not sure where that there is a possibility that I pay twenty euros for someone to get my account back by submitting some kind of "special" letter to Riot. What do you think about that?

I would keep going and maybe ask once more. Once other support member answer you the decision can be different. Try saying you can prove all the information and account is your now since your brother is gone.

Lol support is very harsh ewwww.. I have the same problem. Did you manage to get the account back??
