ever heared of european laws? you could even ask fortnite for your HWID ban to be removed, since your data belongs to you and it must be deleted if you ask for it.

that counts for personal data which can identify a natural person (due to that data).
It doesn't count for your HWID or STEAMID, even if they hash the IPs logged and then just ban that hash - it's still allowed.
Also there is a lot of exceptions for antihack, antivirus and similar companies.
The whole GDPR is just a mess and full of errors. That's what happens when the young us let those old damn idiots enforce laws..
