dump client to get .dds use photoshop and also download DDS plugin for photoshop and then you should know what to do. this is only for coloring.
if you want to add feathers \ increase size \ whatever you will need to use blender too for bones and measuring the x y so that the wing is in the right position.

You can also use GIMP (with plugin) + paint.NET instead of Photoshop.Quote:
