If you don't know anything about servers don't waste your time for it ;)

Use odbcad32.exe instead.

Why so many services?:notsureif:
And thats still the 64bit version, go to c:\windows\syswow64\odbcad32.exe

Delete all the services in obcd64 and do it only for these ones in the 32x:

How are we supposed to know what this means?, it looks like a client from Korea. The game itself will also have a broken UI due the missing language pack, use another client.

It could be a network error, how do you join your server?
Create a shortcut of tclient.exe (doesn't matter where), right-click on properties and loot at Target below Location (dependent on your translation). Scroll after the ...4Story\TClient.exe, add after it one space and add the IP of the server registry + the port of your server.

It should look like this: \4Story\TClient.exe 12.34.567.890 1234

1. What the hell is it?..
As I said before don't waste your time for it, I don't want to offend you but clearly you don't know anything about 4Story Servers.
Trust me, you only lose time and we can't setup the whole server for you.
at least try to do something alone without asking for a help and maybe you will learn something.

At first you have downloaded Zemi Client which won't work with yours files,
it means you need to find a Client compatible with your services.
