Csro all server?

Ok now it's +2GMT so like 0.36AM and y just loging in to the game. y don't hawe chines langue pack, so y go from server to server and make new chars, and there what y spot: all servers of csro(div1) got this +77wep and 20k sp.
So what said that only in new server there will be this event? hmm?

originally it was only on the new servers yes but now they added also on the other servers.
