heya, I would like to know if it's possible to declare a new item in gs and sro_client via ASM

you can add/create new weapon in Database & Media

I'm worried about that can be done so easily, the weapons which are declared in gameserver are :
Europe :
-Dagger
-Crossbow
-Axe
-Two handed sword
-One handed sword
ETC...
China :
-Bow
-Glaive
ETC
This is what I mean by declaring it

and TDI's are bounding the skills with the weapons
What I mean by this is
if somebody is able to declare an item , it's possible to create a totally new mastery with a new weapon

yes you can do it without change anything in gameserver

i have with a friend on his server some skill added what only can use with a shield :D

try to test it create a weapon and add as new mastery Storm or so
idk if it work you can only test it is it work without any edit from gameserver

i have a bit look in my db a little exmaple you can test it

1 create a new weapon refObjCommon TypeID3 for weapon is the number 6 and TypeID4 Weapon Class also 6 is bow and 5 is glavie

2 add mastery and skills by skill ReqCommon_Mastery1 is mastery

3 by skills ReqCast_Weapon1 is the weapon class also 6 = bow 5 = Glavie
and if you want you can add a second weapon who can use the skills add by ReqCast_Weapon2 the second class from weapon

Guys ... he is asking like, when you have a two handed, a glaive, a sword or whatever, if you can additionally add a new weapon type like shakram, whip or popsicle to the game.

Which in this matter...
OT: No, you cannot.
You have to define a new TID inside the gameserver and client, to recognize that weapon as a weapon or whatever you like to declare it. Every item has fixed TID.
And I assure you, a code caving structure won't do the trick in your case.

wrong he some ppl share source code from gameserver ( Evangelion ) also he can declar a new weapon type !!

Evangelion != Source Code of the real SR_GameServer Module.

It's all about to define that damn TDI into gs and client
I heard that a rigid member did it, declared a new coin via ASM (which I don't believe that much tbh)
so I thought somebody in here is also able to do it , I would pay...
