Rigid PServer Item Mall issue

So since 3/4 days ago item mall and some other features stopped working. Dunno what went wrong and GMs dont seem able to help me. So I need your help..

here are the ss of what I'm getting:

Its an issue on my side, they gm can login on my acc and use item mall

Its Portuguese.. does it matter? To what language should I change?

Update: tried to login and open item mall in an older PC and it worked.. so it must be my actual PC settings and not internet issues

What makes you think a random epvp user will help you with that? The problem is related with the server, they are working to fix it already. Unless your PC is blocking it which in any case you should just disable your antivirus or firewall. Yet, if it doesn't work the problem is server-side

I told here that is not a server side issue, so it wont matter if they fix whatever. Since it is a problem on my side. So a random epvp user could know what is causing this. Know what may be blocking my acess. And I already have the sro and phbot folder and .exe in the exceptions

What if you just disable your antivirus? Man it's 2018, what do people nowadays still using such crappy programs that do nothing else than slowing down your PC and blocking most of online games you play.

I'm almost sure that if the problem is on your side, it's either your antivirus or firewall blocking internet access to item mall (which is web-based and not client-side)

Another thing you could try is restarting your modem/router to get a new IP Address.

i don't think anything is blocking his access
i'm assuming the webpage is opened from the sro_client itself thus making both the "browser" and sro_client 1 process
if he added the sro_client to the exception list there shouldn't be any problem accessing the internet (he's already ingame lul)

i doubt restarting would fix this but he might aswell try.
i heard rigid's team are as toxic as it gets on their discord server
but maybe they will respond if it's a bug threatening their "income" OMEGALUL

Tried all that and nothing worked. I dont use anti-virus, only windows defender and windows firewall..

I know, but he was refering to external programs. Like AVG and shit
