How to do this?

When I press start on the loader it doesn´t do anything. Did everything according install instructions..

Is it somehow safe to try this now even with all the posts talking about this methods?
And also, does it makes much difference? I have 203 AP with my witch. Any recomendation on where to try it if it's safe?

Is there a way that u can always have speedhack on (even when players around)
