put the tool in: C:\somefolder
start: R3p.BDO.Loader as admin
start bdo from client
happy botting, works for me

What OS are you running on?

i have the same problem as kwskii "failed to initialize, restart bot + launcher" , iam on win 10

make sure bdo isnt running
start loader
start bdo

I installed directx sdk june 2010 and c++ redists 2017 x64/x86 but I still have the same problem. What else can I do?

its a bug inside the loader. will release a fix in few minutes sry :P
