I don't think there is a legit way of doing so but changing your area into an instance, which by default you can't reverse back there. If you're using a filter, you can do pretty much everything you want.

No, you must use filter to make this

Test yourself... Go to the temple and use a return scroll or die then try to go back with a reverse. If it didn't take you back (am pretty sure it will) then follow the Job Temple lines and it will tell you how it's done.

If you want an improvised jail:
Kick the respective player, in the meantime, execute a query which will teleport that kicked player to that specific area, make the return point (while dying) unavailable by using a -1 or a non-teleporting jail teleporter and give that character a high bounty/pk murder status.
Refresh those PK-points every day via a T-SQL setup or so.

Tho, you can also do this whole thing automatically by coding yourself a handy application (like the SMC) by getting into the use and benefits of the "SilkroadSecurityApi.dll".

People on murder-status are not able to teleport, but resurrect themselves regardless. So, make sure that the return point has been nullified first.

well i have tried and didn't get me back to there even if i make it with SQL regions i find myself outside the temple
so i think this is the one
so how to do it again without using hunter , trader or thief mode ?
