so here for you my firnd somthing interesing . :mofo:Quote:
Yes there is.
Except its exclusive to me and me only; reverse engineered the BigWorld server client for patch 0.7.1. Currently I'm working on developing battle mode support and camouflage for tanks.
Shells are a little buggy still because I don’t have access to the Python module "Cat", which has seemed to be Wargaming's custom (& completely closed source) library for offline tests, and realtime server debugging and info about live game events. I also don’t nearly have beefy enough hardware yet to sustain more than a 2 or 4 player battle, and the introduction of physics in patch 0.8.0 will bring a whole new ball field of problems to overcome.
Will make a thread about it on the forums, as a lot of the info I've found out would greatly help many of the mod developers out there.
I also have obtained not only the source but also a full documentation of the ever so elusive BigWorld Python module.
Quote for questions!, or if you'd like to help. WG seems to have used ResMgr.dataSection to encode/encrypt their .XML files in the client source, so it's very hard to replicate their file structure.
it´s an offline client where you play against bots made with Unity. Not a Server.Quote:

Bro are you serious? I think you're not good at thinking long term. That's typical for 12 year olds, but I forgive you.Quote:
no, for a game like wot there is no need for private servers
Yo bro, can you release your project somewhere? Don't let your project die with you! If you want to honor this game, release it, so that others can work with it, learn from it, and creating something beautiful together.Quote:

We need private servers now more than ever. Wargaming is getting greedier and greedier, destroying the whole game with more trash prem tanks, unbalanced matches, and an overall frustrated community.
All we want is to play the game we loved in the golden days, but everything WG is doing, is just milking the cow dry, until nothing is left. Stop that nonsense, and develop as many WoT server emulators as possible, so that we finally can revisit and play that good WoT we all knew.
Cheers.

tl;dr lucky day for you because:

..i've made a lot of progress :) turns out trying to replicate the efforts of a multi-million dollar game dev studio with 20+ years of experience all alone* is quite difficult :o i don't want to post any more than this one in-game screenshot because i'd rather not get in trouble legally.
example of an old tank ig. the possibilities are limitless with this sort of thing, but i hope you understand why i'm hesitant.

anyways.. due to obvious aforementioned legal implications and some shallow talks i won't be releasing anything publicly or linking directly to anything. you're more than welcome to find stuff on github regarding this project (i do post commit updates there), and other related things on a very handy website called koreanrandom (world of tanks section, of course).
Skill issue. Lern spielen, anstatt zu heulen. Ich spiele das Spiel seit der Beta Ende 2010. Wen nennst du denn hier Kind du Tomate?Quote:
