Introduction of the Legend rank

We have introduced a new rank in order to specifically honor very notable community members that have been contributing for a long time and significantly shaped elitepvpers on its journey. There are no formal requirements for this rank, we will grant it on a case by case basis (though most of the eligible people will most likely be among former admins, community managers and global moderators). Legends will be granted all Premium privileges.
